THE PROCESS

PHASE I

Discovery

Each project begins with an introductory call followed by an on-site consultation, in which we get acquainted with you, your space, and how you’d like to live there. Next, you will complete your client homework, a thorough questionnaire that will help us better understand your goals, routine, and personal style.

PHASE II

Development

In this phase, we take what we’ve learned about you and your home and begin puzzling out floor plans, curating selections, and selecting furnishings. Our team will create custom mood boards, prepare tactile samples, and present all of it for your review. If construction is needed, we will create drawings and schedules for architectural details, hardscapes, and custom cabinetry.

PHASE III

Implementation

Once design is approved, we move on to execution. If construction is needed, we will oversee the work, attending site meetings and sending frequent updates. Our team will be behind the scenes procuring the elements that will make this house your home. When the architectural bones are in place, we will install your furnishings, wallcoverings, soft goods, art, and textiles. Then, we have the honor of helping you kick-off your new life at home.
